The collaboration with Aramark is expected to put the Philadelphia-based food service provider's twist on what's described as an upscale tavern. The new restaurant won't be a traditional Starr Restaurant like Buddakan and Talula's Garden. There are 18 Starr restaurants in Philadelphia alone. Aramark acquired a minority ownership stake in Starr Restaurants, which is one of the largest multi-concept, independent hospitality groups in the United States. Starr Restaurants entered a strategic partnership with Aramark in December that is bringing Starr's food concepts to venues around the United States.

The unnamed eatery is set to replace The Grille, which has long served as the Club Level's sit-down chophouse. Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr's collaboration with Aramark will bring a new full-scale restaurant to the Wells Fargo Center this fall.
